Kyra’s Bake Shop – PDX – Gluten Free Freitag

We’ve been going to Kyra’s, a dedicated gluten free bakery in Lake Oswego, for at least six years. I first found the shop back when it was just pastries and just a tiny store front. I got hooked on the “Big Pink Cookie” and my mom got hooked on Kyra’s dessert recipe book: Sweet Cravings. Fast forward to now and the shop is on A Avenue in downtown Lake Oswego, the menu is expanded to offer Breakfast and Lunch, and there’s plenty of space to sit down. We love going for the donuts – Maple is always available on Saturday (but get there early). You can see the menu of daily cupcakes and donuts here and the meal menu is here.
