We first found El Pilon at the Lake Oswego Farmer’s Market. When summer ended, we realized there was a permanent food cart in Downtown Portland. Delicious fresh, all gluten free Colombian food. The cheese empanadas are especially magical (like the best mozzarella stick but even better), but we love the arepas and basically everything on the menu.
