My favorite meal in Victoria was at Bin 4 Burger Lounge. We found them because they list on their website that they are “allergy-friendly“. I gave them a call and they seem knowledgeable so we went in to give them a try. Our waitress reviewed all menu options with us and let us know that they have a separate prep area and all allergy orders are reviewed by a manager. Their fries and house potato chips are fried in a dedicated fryer as well! in We got “The Breakfast Club” (pork and chorizo, fried egg, guacamole, garlic aioli) and “The Heritage” – their classic burger with mushrooms, cheese, and bacon added. They were both some of the best burgers we have ever had!
For dessert, we asked about the Flourless Chocolate Torte. It is gluten free if you exclude the praline crunch and it was also incredible. I wish we lived closer to Bin 4! If you are in the area, they have multiple locations as well.
