Ground Breaker started brewing completely gluten free beer in 2011 and opened their gastropub in SE in 2013. We first visited soon after they opened and loved the food and vibe. We’ve had amazing pizza, beignets, sandwiches, but one thing we had not yet tried until recently: their Sunday night fried chicken dinner. We weren’t disappointed either – my husband said it was the closest thing he has had to KFC (which he used to LOVE), so he was VERY happy! I could go and just eat all their amazing desserts. They change up their menu seasonally, so there’s also always something new! It is a bit spendy, but you are getting high-quality, local ingredients and in a dedicated facility, so can’t really complain!
