We found Via Chicago when my husband was craving deep dish pizza. A few years back, we journeyed to Alberta Street to give it a try and we’ve continued to come back. It’s not a dedicated facility, but they make their own gluten free crust, have a separate prep area, and use separate pans/equipment. You can buy an entire pie or usually a few a few slices are available ready to purchase. They also make delicious homemade lemonade. Plus, you are close to Back to Eden for dessert!
