*CLOSED* Back to Eden – PDX

Back to Eden is a gluten free, dairy free, vegan heaven. There are two storefronts right next to each other on Alberta – one for a sit down restaurant and one for quick bakery/dessert item grabs. They also have a food cart in SE! It’s a dedicated facility and everything is vegan (hence also dairy free). In summer, their ice cream is amazing (with GF cones!). It’s really cute for a lunch date (although I usually just go pick up dessert). I’m also a big fan of their pizza. Definitely worth a stop in!
