FOMO Chicken – PDX

I had no idea what I was missing out on with FOMO Chicken. I called ahead and they told me that all our their chicken is in a dedicated gluten free fryer – it’s just the sauces that are not all gluten free. However, all we wanted was the Gluten Free Southern Fried Chicken dinner, so we didn’t need sauce! My husband says it’s the best fried chicken he’s had – gluten free or otherwise. We may have gone two days in a row once we found it (no shame). The mashed potatoes, corn, and coleslaw that come in the bowl are also amazing. It’s in a nice outdoor food cart area in SE, so we can even bring our pup or you can call ahead and get it to-go. Now that you’ve read my post, you should have FOMO on FOMO!
