We couldn’t believe it when we found a dedicated gluten free bakery in Gresham back in 2014, but immediately fell in love with Liberated Baking. They have since moved to Clackamas into a bigger and better location and we still make the trek to get their goodies. The owners are some of the nicest people to top it off! Our favorites here are:
- Take and bake chicken pot pie (the crust is just SO flaky)
- Snickerdoodle cookie (I can’t walk out without one)
- Cinnamon roll(s) – you can’t just buy one!
- Bagels (yum!! if you love bagels, make sure to check out New Cascadia too!)
- Reuben sandwich if you are dining in
- Seasoned croutons (they usually never make it to my salad – I just eat them straight)
On Sundays, they have an amazing brunch with biscuits and gravy and crepes and more. They also do holiday orders and we’ve bought their rolls a few times last minute to save the day. Their location isn’t far from the Bob’s Red Mill store, so you might as well stop if you go to the area to stock up on gluten free baking supplies. Or you should just go anyway! You won’t regret it!
