There’s so much to love about Teote – the food, the vibe, the space. If you haven’t had an arepa (a Venezuelan-style corn cake), you are missing out. The El Diablo bowl has an amazing, unique flavor and is one of my favorite things. We also love the masa frites and the dessert cakes. Caramelized pineapple agua fresca? Yum. And it’s all gluten free! The owner does make a disclaimer on the homepage of the website, that you should check out just to be a fully informed consumer. But overall, amazing place and one of our latest favorites. Order your food, and then head upstairs to eat at the covered outdoor bar (with fire pit!), grab a booth, or overlook the street – perfect date night or big group get together!
