I’m always hesitant to try new gf mixes – I’ve been burned too many times. But in this case, I got to try a free sample first and was instantly in donut heaven. My husband tried to buy them on the spot but then they told us it was a mix. *mindsblown* I figured I’d somehow mess it up, but I followed the directions exactly and low and behold, amazing donuts appeared in my house! (They soon disappeared – culprit still unknown.) These are seriously so easy to make. A 19 oz. mix makes 2 batches – I got 6 donuts in a standard donut tin plus 5 donut/muffin blobs in each batch (I’m too cheap to buy a second pan – don’t judge me).
